9h hardness - We use Gtechniq's professional ceramic coatings. Gtehcniq is known as the pioneer and leading authority in ceramic coatings. Gtechniq coatings are known for their quality, hardness, and durability.

Expert preparation - We include the decontamination wash and polishing/paint correction to ensure a flawless bond. Note: Due to shipping (tape/glue/and sitting outdoors), new cars need to be polished. Even the Australian sun and rain can cause hard minerals on the surface that need to be polished off. If not, the ceramic coating encases these flaws (preventing maximum shine and compromising durability).

Our Professional Process
1. Completely wash the car
2. Followed by a mineral removal wash (removes lighter water spots and any mineral buildup.
3. Followed by a decontamination wash.
4. We use a clay bar to remove any embedded debris.
5. We wash the car one last time.
6. We blow-dry the car. It is important that mirrors and trim do not hold any drips of water (negatively impacts polishing).
7. We do our paint correction on new cars, which is always medium, followed by an ultra-fine polish. On older cars, we do heavy cut/polish with an ultra-fine polish. New and older cars get two types of polishing, which is why our price is the same for both (it only changes if we have to wet).
8. We go over the car with a polish remover (Carpro Easer). This removes all polish residue
9. Followed by doing an IPA wipe. This is called prepping the panel.
10. Everything we use from this point is new. We use a ceramic coating dedicated to your car. New microfibre towels and new application pads. This process ensures that everything is perfect.
11. In a dark room, we use three light sources. 1. Above. 1. In front 1. Below. This combination makes the small defect stand out - so we are able to address it before we coat it.
12. Starting from the roof, the coating goes on panel by panel.
13. We wipe off and inspect as we work. If any defect is spotted, we address it and move forward.
14. We apply the top layer ExoV5. The Exov5 process is faster than the ceramic coating. The ceramic coating takes 3 -4 hours. The Exov5 takes 1 -2 hours.
15. We wipe down and leave the car in a low-humidity room for 12 hours. The humidity needs to be under 55%
Each job takes between 16 and 20 hours to complete

Question: With the nonrefundable booking fee, what happens if I need to cancel?

Answer: The booking fee includes the cost of the product associated with your car. If you need to reschedule, there's no problem; we just need to install it on your car within 60 days of purchase.

Question: How long will we need the car?

Answer: We need the car for one and a half days and will return it on the morning of the third day. For example, if you drop off the car by noon Monday, we will have the car ready by 7:45 am Wednesday

Question: Should I wash the car before bringing it in?

Answer: No. No one will wash it better than us. Their washing methods might cause us more work.

Question: Why is there a non-refundable booking fee?

Answer: It covers the cost of the products. Since it is a guaranteed product, it can only be installed by us. We cannot use or resell the product. Once it's ordered, it's tied to your car.

Question: Can you explain the booking fee a bit more?

Answer: Once we receive the booking fee, we order the product, and it normally arrives overnight or in two days.

Question: When you say for most cars, what do you mean?

Answer: Our prices include a one-stage paint correction, which takes about 6 - 8 hours to complete. If your car has oxidation or is in bad condition, it might need wet sanding or a two-step paint correction. Those additional steps can take days to complete. Seethe photo of the yellow car below.
