​For over five years, I have been cleaning vehicle crime scenes in Australia, and I have been doing this in the United States for even longer. While each crime scene presents its own unique challenges, they follow the same cleaning method: starting at the highest point and gradually working our way down. The cleaning process relies heavily on chemistry, as understanding which chemicals neutralise specific contaminants is crucial. My process is slow and methodical.

What we clean:

• Fingerprint dust inside and outside

• Small amounts of blood (300 ml or less). More blood or fluid checks our Biohazard Page.

• Drug residue

• Urine and feces 

• Tobacco and drug odour 

• Stolen articles in the car - most cars recovered have stolen goods and have been lived in yes we clean and remove those items.

• Graffiti on the car

•  Water damage/mould

We do not:

• Pre-drug testing (typically done by a mobile drug testing company).

• Repairs - we clean and replace parts. Example: if a car seat is damaged, we replace it. Automotive upholstery is better suited to stitching/sewing things back together.

Cost:

• Our labour rate is $55 per hour (we only charge for time worked on the car - we do not charge for curing/drying times).

• Fees for most drug test kits are $40 each. It is not uncommon for us to go through 8 -10 kits per car.

• Exterior dust removal and polishing to 1 - 2 panels, 6 labour hours

• Graffiti removal per panel 1 labour hour
