We offer vehicle inspections and cleaning training for NDIS and government agencies, including guidance on how to disassemble and reassemble vehicle interiors. We are on several supplier portals.

Mould and Breathing Difficulties
The owner thought cleaning mould with vinegar would kill the mould. It doesn't make the car smell like vinegar and makes the mould grow more. I'm not sure if you can see but they did try to toughen it out by using a n95 mask. Mould is a real health hazard.

Hoarding and Homelessness
The photo above shows a hoarder's car, which is fairly tame compared to many cases I have encountered. It seems the owner enjoys shopping and tends to store her items in the car. While the hoarding itself is an issue, this particular vehicle also had significant amounts of animal fur ground into the carpets and seats.
In these situations, we handle the cleanup by first removing all salvageable items from the car. We then let the owner decide what they consider rubbish and what they wish to keep. I have been working with these individuals for a long time and have learned how to communicate effectively with them. Our communication focuses on building their awareness of the issue and outlining our strategy for the cleanup.

NDIS Participant lost control
After-hours emergency NDIS client was getting out of a NDIS vehicle and lost control of their bowels.

Making the car safe for inspection
Once the crime scene inspectors finished taking photographs and examining the interior of the car, it was our responsibility to ensure the car was safe for the forensic team. In this instance, we needed to clean up the shattered glass and blood from the interior.

Crime Scene Clean Up
I've included two more crime scenes at the bottom of the page (they are a little more graphic). This ute was stolen. When the police recovered, they found needles and meth in the car. Someone else handled the sharps, and we removed the meth residue, biohazards, and fingerprint dust.

The Underlay
This is the underlay under the carpet. This underlay had over a decade of pee, poo and vomit in it. The smell was bad. We had to strip the interior to bare metal and replace the underlay.

A Few Ants
I think this was 3 -4 years ago. It was during all the flooding in Penrith. Anyways the floods led to an ant infestation in the car.

Burnt/damage wrapping removal
We always get the most extreme wrapping removal jobs. Rarely do people come to us with an intake wrapping. Thinking about a wrapping removal. I have a DIY video on this site and one on YouTube.

It's just a little dirty
The customer stated the car was newer and is cleaned often.

So much dog hair!
I believe we did this job back in 2022. It was a tiny car like a Mazda 2 or something can't remember the model. But man there was so much hair. The customer booked it in for a simple clean but it was a twelve-hour job. We had to take both front and rear seats off. The customer was happy with the results; giving us a five star review on Facebook.

Steal Wool Damage
We have already polished the right side of the while line. Left of the yellow line is the before. The customer purchased a ceramic coating from the dealership and proceeded to wash it with steel wool. Not only did he wreck the clear coat on this 2023 Dodge Ram but he also ruined the windows. This job took about 25 hours to complete

Dirty Headliner
This was a crazy job. There was a few things wrong with the car. 1. Ute was resprayed with the windows down (over spray in the car). 2. Left the car outdoors without windows. 3. Didn't do proper paint correction (wet sanding/polishing).

Pet died in the car
A family pet died on the way to the vet. The owner thought they cleaned up all the remains but fluids (500 ml - 1 Litre) went under the carpet.

Single stage paint defects
Wow, there were heaps of defects on this single-stage paint job. With so much debris in the clear, I think the car was painted outdoors or in an unprotected environment. It took us three days 24 hours to get the clear-looking spiffy. We had to wet sand then polish the car.

Insurance job graffiti removal
Some spray painted the car, headlights, and slashed the tyres. It took us 10 hours to complete the spray paint removal.

Major Petrol Spill
We get heaps of petrol spills during the summer months. They range from 1 litre to 20 litres. Some people come to us right away others wait a few weeks or months. For whatever reason, everyone tries to fix the spill on their own with baking soda. So we have to clean the petrol spill and the baking soda. During the summer months, we experience numerous petrol spills ranging from 1 to 20 litres.

Epic coffee spill
You would think I had a better photo of this but no. What happened here is the owner spilt coffee all over the seat, floor and headliner. They didn't clean it up. A few weeks later when the smell was too much they brought it into us. Yes, we were able to clean everything.

Show Cars
Yes, we get both show and racing cars. Unfortunately with those jobs we cannot show photos or take credit (this is by owner's request). This is the only show car we have permission to show. The owner loved our work.

Our typical family car
Not much to say here. It's our typical family car. When a car is this bad there's always an insect infestation and smell. We were able to get this back to the customer that day (it was an 8 hour job).

Farm car off to New Zealand
We had to clean this car so it could get past New Zealand customs.

Flooded
The owner recently bought this car and it had heaps of problems. The most noticeable was the crack in the rear end that allowed water to enter the car when driving. There was over 20 litres of water under the carpet. Was able to complete the job in 24 hours. Yes, we did seal the crack too.

Forensic Cleaning
The owner ended his life

Another Forensic Clean
This had to be about three years ago. At first, we thought it was sand on the floor but no it was skin. The car was a former crime scene. The person who contracted us was the leasing company.

Paint Spills
We have cleaned up all types of paint spills from a few 100ml's to 20 litres. We have successfully cleaned water and oil-based paint spills.

We can do the fancy stuff too
We can do other things beside the nasty and gross.
